A temporary placement is available for a Rural Generalist with Anaesthetics to work in a shared role across a Western QLD Health Service and the flying specialist service from August to October 2026.

This role is split between the Western QLD Hospital and the flying specialist service. Responsibilities include clinical care across ED, inpatient wards, outpatient clinics, and theatre, as well as providing anaesthetic services for General Surgery and O&G lists. Daily travel to rural and remote locations is required.

The rate is $2900.00/day

• Shared role between Western QLD Hospital and flying specialist service
• Self-contained, fully furnished, non-sharing accommodation provided
• Vehicle available upon request
