A locum medical officer is required for on-call obstetrics coverage at a Western South Australia health service from late September to early October 2026.

This is a 24/7 on-call role covering all obstetric presentations at the regional facility. Birthing rate is approximately 40 per year with combined care from community midwives.

• Located on the far west of the Eyre Peninsula 550 km north west of Adeleaide. Known as the oyster capital of Australia and has an approximate population of 2,289 residents
• This hospital is a 15 bed facility providing services including general medicine, birthing, renal dialysis, diagnostic radiology and emergency
